 Hide my Identity and Post for Me.

I am a lady aged 31. I work in a company.

A man came looking for employment. I told him there were no jobs. He insisted that he should leave his application letter. I got his application, tore it and threw it in the in bin in his presence to make him know that there was no vacancy at all. I didn't know my boss was watching through the window. He came out and called the man. The man started crying just to seek sympathy from my boss. I got fired instantly and that same man replaced me.

It's been almost two months I am not working and I have a child I need to feed. I have tried everything the boss doesn't even want me to enter his office. 

Is this professional to fire someone who has worked for the company for two years over a stranger who is just job hunting? Please help me. Where can I find help?
