President Tinubu brings 1,400 Nigerians to the UAE conference on public funds, making it Africa's largest delegation.
The Conference of the Parties this year will take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from November 30 to December 12, according to the UN.Nigeria has the largest number of registered African delegates at the present COP28 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with 1400 delegates.
Nigeria is ranked third overall in terms of conference delegates, according to a list released by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
The organization made public a list of Nigerian attendees for the event, which included representatives from the president's office as well as non-governmental organizations from Lagos and other cities.Of these, the president was accompanied straight to the conference by at least 589 individuals, including cabinet members.
